Trick and treating was a lot of fun. Michael was spiderman and Madalyn was a fairy princess.

The pumpkin walk

We went to a huge pumpkin patch, and told Michael he could pick out one as big as he could carry since it was just me and grandma there and a was about a week from being do. He kept walking further out until he shouted" I found it, I found the perfect pumpkin!" It was definantly to big for Michael, but Grandma said she would carry it. Nothing like a grandmas love. this wasn't a problem for Madalyn she picked out the smallest one she could find.

We made googly eye balls out of pudding, jello, and gummy life savers.

We put in the septic and the well this year, but I can't say I helped out a whole lot. I was a great supervisor though.

I woke up at 6:00 a.m on October 24, 2 days after my due date thinking that I had wet the bed. Disappointed that my pregnancy had finally come to that, I was excited to figure out that my water had partially broke. We took off to the hospital with not much contractions happening. Mike and I relaxed a bit, and I took nap for a while. We watched a few episodes of American pickers while sipping on grape juice with hospital ice, and a couple of popsicles, it was great. They finally gave me pitocin because not much was happening. Things started going and then the rest of my water broke. We didn't relize it hadn't broke all the way, and they figured that was why things were going so slow. I had her about 2 hours later with Mike repeating "Its a girl, its a girl". She weighed 8 lbs even and was 22 inches long. We decided on Emily Evelyn, but often call her Emi.
Thanks Everybody for coming to see us, and for all your help.

Madalyn kept this same proud look on her face the whole first visit. They are pretty excited.

Things are coming right along. Michael likes to check to see if he can still reach his arms around me. You can tell by his face that it takes a lot of effort. Everything is going well. The baby and me are both measuring a week big. Which hopefully means I will be early. Or it just means my baby will be big, I had it coming to me when I had a small chuckle when I heard JoAnna's baby was 9 and a half pounds. I know I deserve it. I hope my baby is just as cute.

There is a rope swing in one of the barns. Mike just put another one up so they both have one.

The kids were most excited about two things when we moved, the mailbox that goes right into the house and the backyard swimming pool. It only made it better when we told them that animals used to drink out of it.

This was a beach by Solvang we saw a pathway and pulled over we thought we were the only ones there until me and Michael went for a walk to see what was just around the bend and there was a couple of really old men and they happen to be naked. We turned around real quick and stayed on our side. It was 90 degrees and I would have to say the highlight of the trip, and it wasn't because of the naked old men.

The kids were pretty good in the car. Easy cheese, licourice, and a dvd player (Thakyou Em and Toph)

These are all of our pictures taken on our trip to California. We drove the whole way to Mike's Grandma and Grandpa's house in Bakersfield. He is almost 90, and in great shape, his Grandma is full of life and very spunky. When she told me to pick out a treat at the orange store, I told her I like pistachios and I will share with mike. She told me not to tell her what to do and grabbed another bag of pistachios

This was Solvang. The whole town was like this they had a lot of fun shops and some beautiful parks. We stayed here the third night.

I told her I had no idea how to do hair. She said it looked great, but I guessing she fixed when we left.

Outside of Michael's house is a big tree that gets those long skinny brown pod thingy's on it. Michael thinks they are called iPods- he's got quite the collection.

It's not as nice as JoAnna and Chad's trailor, but we like it. Actually we did find a new apartment in Preston, but we are planning on going on some awesome camping trips with it. Mike's mom and dad gave it to us for Christmas.
It really ups the value of mom and dad's house while parked out front.

We found this old rusted trike at the D.I. so we brought it home. Mike and Michael had a good time sanding and repainting it. They also made boosters for his feet with wood and red tape. Michael was pretty excited about it.
